I have had gut issues a long time and was drawn to the high quality ingredients they use. Normally I’m gluten free, but I can eat their bread. It’s soft, easy to cut, and oh so tasty. I highly recommend Five Loaves, freshly made each week.
Bread was never
the problem.
It’s what was done to it. We mill clean, organic grain fresh and bake real bread the way it was always meant to be. Give me two minutes. I’ll walk you through it.

Nothing stripped out.
We mill our wheat berries the morning we bake, so the parts that actually nourish you stay in the loaf instead of being removed for shelf life. The grain is organic, clean, and grown without the chemicals commonly used on conventional wheat.
This is bread the way it was meant to be.
It started with our son.
He was thirteen when he was diagnosed with Crohn’s. The doctors offered a drug he would likely take for the rest of his life. We chose to look at food first.
The next two years were slow and intentional. We removed foods, leaned on targeted supplements, worked with a coach who had walked this road, and held steady in our faith. Gradually, his health returned.
That season changed everything for our family. It reshaped how we eat and opened our eyes to the serious issues in our food system. It also led us here, to milling grain and baking real bread.
After two years without it, bread became something he could eat again. Not the stripped-down version found on most shelves, but whole, nourishing bread made from freshly milled grain.
He is the reason this bakery exists.

The bread is truly incredible, homemade with the finest quality ingredients. It’s been hard to get my grandchildren to eat “healthy” bread, but this one is actually healthy and delicious, and they absolutely love it. Me too.
This bread is amazing and made with so much love, intentionality, and nutrient density. I get it as gifts for friends.
Always reliable and always delicious. I have a high sensitivity to gluten and this amazing bread doesn’t bother me at all. Adam is so kind and passionate about health and quality.
The best. The yummiest. The gut-happy bread. Enjoy.
Everything has been amazing. The bread is so soft, fresh, and full of flavor, perfect toasted or for sandwiches. You can really taste the difference in the quality, and I love knowing it’s made with fresh-milled flour. Don’t forget the cinnamon bread.
It is so comforting to know where all the ingredients are sourced, and that I am feeding my family good, safe, nutritious ingredients only. The first wholesome bread my kids actually enjoy.
