A hands-on evening for beginners. You mill the flour, mix the dough, and take home a warm loaf you made yourself.
Fresh Milled Baking Class
We start with whole grain and a mill, and end with a loaf in your hands. No experience needed. You take home what you baked, plus the recipe and the confidence to do it on your own.
Seats go one or two at a time. Bring your mom, a friend, whoever you’d want next to you at the oven.
